| The four basic constructions of
belt frameworks correspond to the VHV modular construction.
C- and K-framework are constructed with screening holes in 250 mm pitches
for most flexible equipment alternatives.NC production by Laser and nibbling
machines guarantees absolute accuracy. C-frameworks are done in a depth
of section of 200, 275 and 400 mm with differing support spacing. Tubular
frameworks are produced in total heights of 450, 600 and 800 mm for span
lengths up to 20 m and more. To ensure real in- and outside galvanizing,
all belt tubes and diagonal tubes have open transverse sections. Carrying
structures are intended for heavy duties and get exact hole arrangements
as requested in the NC-controlled drill lumbermill.
Present depths of section range from 200 to 600 mm. These framework designs
are compatible with VHV drive and reverse stations as well as support
constructions, catwalks, stairs, covers, chutes etc.
Standard protection against corrosion is hot-dip galvanizing. K-frameworks
are also galvanized and compatible with the VHV drive stations. They are
especially distinguished by their low total heights and large net width
at a small framework width. Due to the ingenious edge design with usable
rubber sealing strips, the profiles are at the same time: conveyor framework,
roller mounting, belt guide, material guide and protective covering.
The standard troughing is 20 degrees. Damping elements may be installed
within the feed zone. Rubber belts are delivered with well sliding cut
edges and additional edge protecting profiles within the K-framework.
Variable angular connections admit upsloping and descending bends for
all framework alternatives.Genuinely Made in Germany guarantees high precision
and quality.
