von 22 m\u00b3 aufgenommen werden.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dazu f\u00e4hrt der LKW mit seinen Hinterachsen ca. 3,5 m \u00fcber die befahrbaren Spaltenroste bis an den stabilen Anfahrkeil in den Beschickeraufsatz ein und kippt auf den dortigen Spaltenrost ab. Dabei erm\u00f6glicht der sich auf ger\u00e4umige 2,85 m verj\u00fcngende Aufsatztrichter eine komfortable Einfahrt und ist so gestaltet, dass Ber\u00fchrungen mit den LKW Reifen diese nicht besch\u00e4digen.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Wie bei Kippvorg\u00e4ngen auf normalen B\u00f6den, entleeren sich die LKW\u00b4s beim Vorziehen komplett. Dabei f\u00e4llt das Material durch den Spaltenrost auf den darunter liegenden 3 m breiten Gurtf\u00f6rderer, wodurch die Sch\u00fctthalde deutlich k\u00fcrzer ausf\u00e4llt und das Sch\u00fcttgut sicher aufgenommen wird.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die Dosierleistung kann sowohl \u00fcber die F\u00f6rdergeschwindigkeit, als auch \u00fcber die Schichth\u00f6he zwischen 40 und 400 m\u00b3\/h eingestellt werden.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Beim Entleeren des Bunkers werden anbackende, aber auch auf den Roststegen liegende Materialreste durch kurze R\u00fcttelimpulse sehr effektiv gel\u00f6st und abgeleitet. Das gew\u00e4hrleistet eine nahezu sortenreine Beschickung.<\/p>\r\nDar\u00fcber hinaus verursacht der VHV FlatFeeder vergleichsweise geringe Ger\u00e4uschemissionen. Die kurzen, effektiven Reinigungsintervalle der R\u00fcttler sind hierbei ebenso ausschlaggebend wie der Gitterrost bei der Beladung, da hier kein Sch\u00fcttgut direkt auf Blechfl\u00e4chen
